Refund Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European Union consumer protection laws and Dutch consumer protection regulations, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the products without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), receive the products.

Geographic Scope: This Refund Policy applies to purchases made from the Netherlands. Our refund practices comply with EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and Dutch Civil Code provisions on distance selling and consumer protection.

If you withdraw from the contract, you must return the products to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days after you have communicated your withdrawal.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the products unless we have agreed otherwise or unless we have failed to inform you that you must bear these costs.

4. Condition of Returned Products

You are only liable for any diminished value of the products resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the products.

Products must be returned:

• In their original packaging if possible
• Unopened and unused (if you have opened them, they must be in resalable condition)
• With all original accessories and documentation

5. Refund Process

We will reimburse you for all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days after the day on which we receive the products back or you provide evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

6. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Products that have been unsealed and are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons
• Products that have been made to your specifications or clearly personalized
• Products that have been damaged due to your fault or misuse

Once we receive your returned products and verify their condition:
